Stella showed up during a summer Clay spent back in Durrës, a stray kitten who wandered in and never left.
Clay was hooked the moment he saw her, her eyes and her whole attitude did it. She came back to Vienna with him and has been at his side almost every day since.
Most of the day she sleeps in whatever spot has the best light, then disappears for hours to go be a cat somewhere and turns up again like nothing happened.
She hikes with him, tolerates Cloudy, answers to no one.
